1. Will the product work with my iPhone (or Android LG Google Pixel Huawei etc.)?
Yes, our products work with any device as long as it has Bluetooth
2. How long does it take to receive my package?
Depending on where you live, shipping usually takes up to 72h once processed. We use Poste Canada Express.
3. Can I pick up my order?
Sure! Please call us at 1-(438) 522-5373 anytime during the week (8:00-18:00) and weekends (9:00-17:00) and we'll give you our location.
4. What happens if my product has an issue or breaks?
Before anything is shipped, it is tested by our team but in the case of a default in the product, we'll simply take it back and exchange you for another one. Certain products have a longer warranty than others but if something breaks you can bring the item back and we'll fix it for you at no cost if it was purchased in the last 12 months. If more, we may charge a small fee depending on what the problem is or just exchange it. We take our customer's satisfaction very highly so please don't hesitate to reach out to any member of our team, see how here.
5. Is there a warranty?
The smartwatches have 18 months warranty and some of the fitness trackers have a lifetime warranty. All our other products come with 12 months warranty and work for much longer when properly cared for.
